: Displays the entity search dialog box with the specific criteria used to last populate the entity view where criteria can be edited if required. For more information, see Entity type search configuration.
: Allows you to customize layout, colors, and operation set.- Customize Layout: Displays the Grid Layout dialog box where you can:
- Select the columns for display
- Alter the sequence in which selected columns appear across the page
- Indicate the default width of each displayed column
- Specify the sort order in which resulting data rows are displayed
- Choose up to 9 columns to freeze when scrolling horizontally
- Select elements to be automatically summed and displayed in the grid footer section (if any)
- Enable ‘Quick Filters’. For more information, see “Quick filters”.
When customizing the layout of a load view, you get the added option to Show Stops as Details. When customizing the layout of a stop view, you get the added option to Show Shipment Legs as Details. For more information, see Customize entity view.
- Customize Colors: Displays the Customize Colors dialog box where you can set the colors for displaying utilization and statuses in an entity view.
- Utilization: This tab is available only for Load view where you can set thresholds for what is considered good versus average equipment utilization percentage as well as set the colors to display in Utilization % column of the load view. A color choice can be assigned to each of the following classifications:
- Poor Utilization: Utilization percentage is below the value set in the Average Utilization Threshold field
- Average Utilization: Utilization percentage meets the value set in the Average Utilization Threshold field and is below the value set in the Good Utilization Threshold field
- Good Utilization: Utilization percentage meets the Good Utilization Threshold field and is not above 100%
- Over Utilization: Utilization percentage exceeds 100%
- Status Fields: This tab allows you to change the display text color for each available status, for example, Operational Status, Financial Status, and Planning Status (for loads). Colors can be configured for more than one status.
- Utilization: This tab is available only for Load view where you can set thresholds for what is considered good versus average equipment utilization percentage as well as set the colors to display in Utilization % column of the load view. A color choice can be assigned to each of the following classifications:
- Select Operation Set: Allows you to switch between available operation sets for an entity view (if configured).
: This operation is visible only when user profile Allow Export Data from Lists is enabled. It generates a .XLS format file named from the search that generated the entity view. The resulting file contains all data rows in the view for columns currently configured for display. Standard browser options allow you to open, save or cancel the results of the export operation. Smartbench will use the Windows Default Programs configuration for files with .XLS extension.
: Displays the OnLine Expert for the Transportation Smartbench in a separate window.
: Closes the entity view in the results panel.
