Row selection behaviors in entity grid views are driven by the Use Ctrl Key for Multiple Selection check box under Grids by clicking Settings in the entity view title bar. For more information, see Results panel operations.
Notes:
It is not possible to select rows across grid pages. If the rows to be acted upon do not appear on the same page, altering the row sort order may bring these rows on to the same page. Otherwise, the operation will need to be repeated on each page presenting the target rows.
