> Customize Layout located on the right-hand side of the title bar on your entity view.Entity views come pre-configured for immediate use. However, you may change the appearance of your entity views to better suit your needs. You can configure entity views by selecting Customize > Customize Layout located on the right-hand side of the title bar on your entity view.
Selecting Customize > Customize Layout displays the Grid Layout dialog box that has several components. Each component is described in the following task-oriented topics. Click Save on the Grid Layout dialog box to preserve the following view characteristics (if set or changed):
Restore to default configuration
Once you customize an entity view, that configuration is applied to the view in which the Customize Layout operation was performed, and every newly opened view for that entity type. See Restore views to default configuration.
