The following operations are provided on the right-hand side of every entity view title bar available in the results panel (except where noted):
Page: Displays the number of pages available for an entity view that satisfy the search criteria. Enter a page number in the text box and press Enter key on the keyboard to jump to a specific page. The following paging controls are available:
First Page , Last Page : Navigates to display the first or last pages of search result rows.
Previous Page , Next Page: Navigates to display one page backward or forward in the search result.
Show Total Count: Displays the total number of pages available to display all rows that satisfy the search criteria.
Note: By default the page size is set to 30.
Refresh : Re-processes the search used to populate the entity view. Updated results are replaced in this view. Refresh will not run if there is an incomplete transaction. For more information, see Edit entity view row.
Search : Displays the entity search dialog box with the specific criteria used to last populate the entity view where criteria can be edited if required. For more information, see Entity type search configuration.
Customize : Allows you to customize layout and colors.
Customize Layout: Displays the Grid Layout dialog box where you can:
Select the columns for display
Alter the sequence in which selected columns appear across the page
Indicate the default width of each displayed column
Specify the sort order in which resulting data rows are displayed
Choose up to 9 columns to freeze when scrolling horizontally
Enable ‘Quick Filters’. For more information, see Quick filters.
Customize Colors: Displays the Customize Colors dialog box where you can set the colors for displaying statuses in an entity view.
On the Status Fields tab of the dialog box, you can change the display text color for each available status. Colors can be configured for more than one status.
Export Grid : This operation is visible only when user profile Allow Export Data from Lists is enabled. It generates a .XLS format file named from the search that generated the entity view. The resulting file contains all data rows in the view for columns currently configured for display. Standard browser options allow you to open, save or cancel the results of the export operation. Smartbench will use the Windows Default Programs configuration for files with .XLS extension.
Help: Displays the OnLine Expert for the Tariff Smartbench in a separate window.
Close : Closes the entity view in the results panel.
In addition, you can collapse/expand the view by clicking anywhere on the title bar not already occupied by an icon.
