List of Trips Processed by the Optimization Request (Employee)

This page displays the list of trips that are impacted by an optimization request in any of the following ways:

• Created based on optimization
• Modified based on optimization
• Became unroutable during replanning

Note: This list excludes routable trips that are not modified during optimization.

Trip data associated with the optimization request is retrieved from the trip audit table. Data is available when the plan complete audit event is selected to retain data at trip level.

Note: When you select the plan complete audit event to retain data at trip level, a trip audit entry is created in the trip audit table for each load on the trip. This results in duplicate audit entries in the trip audit table. Only one of the rows created for each trip will be displayed.

The data displayed in the list depends on the trip audit table, so the following scenarios are possible:

• Data may differ from the current values of the trip
• The trip may not exist anymore
• The trip is not in a valid status

Any task triggered from this page (for example, rating, properties, or additional information) is performed on the actual trip and fails if the trip does not exist. There is a separate purge process for audit data, so the audit data associated with an optimization request can be purged before the request.

To view the failure reason for unroutable trips, perform any of the following:

• Routing Message Log (Customer/Employee)
• Optimization Request Message Log (Employee)
