Domicile Vehicles (Employee)

Use this page to define vehicle availability constraints for unique domicile/equipment combinations. This data is used by the Transportation Planner dock scheduling algorithms. Domicile Vehicle data is normally defined for private fleet and dedicated fleet carriers.

List

The Domicile Vehicle list displays all Domicile Vehicle data for a specific Domicile. By default, the list is sorted in ascending order by Equipment Type ID and then Vehicle ID. For information on icons and functionalities available on the list pages, see Web Interface lists.

Properties

The Domicile Vehicle properties are presented on a single page. See "Domicile Vehicle fields".

The combo box for equipment types contains every equipment type that has been enabled for at least one tariff/service combination for the tariffs for the parent carrier of the domicile.

Notes:

• Multiple rows can refer to the same unique combination of Domicile ID, Equipment Type, and Vehicle ID as long as the date ranges do not overlap for rows referencing the same "triplet".
• At least one row must exist in the Domicile Equipment table for the applicable Domicile ID and Equipment Type.
