Update Vehicle Availability Dates (Employee)

Use this screen to modify dates/times for multiple rows in the domicile vehicle availability table with a single action. This screen is displayed when the Update Dates button is pressed on the Domicile Vehicles list. This list is accessed by clicking: System Entities > Carriers > Domiciles > Vehicle Availability.

Each of the three date fields and each of the three time fields are optional. However, user must provide at least one date or time value for at least one of the three domicile vehicle availability date/time values that can be controlled from this screen.

For each of the fields where a value is provided, the corresponding date and/or time will be updated for each selected row in the domicile vehicle availability table.

Each row will be updated only if all requested changes can be applied. For example, if a request is received to apply updates to the Availability Start Time when an Availability Start Date has not yet been established, none of the requested updates will be performed that row.

Update requests for each row in the domicile vehicle availability table will be handled separately. It would be possible for updates to be applied to some but not all of the selected rows.

Note: Dates/times can also be modified for individual rows in the domicile vehicle availability table from the vehicle availability properties screen.
