The List of Rate Calculator Versions will allow a systems administrator to edit and manage Rate Calculator Versions for any Transportation Manager user.
Rate Calculator Versions can be used to control the presentation and behavior of the Rate Calculator.
Employee users are able to manage their own Rate Calculator Versions from the Control page of Rate Calculator. Employees can select from any of their Rate Calculator Versions when initiating a Rate Calculator request.
Customer users are restricted to working with a single Rate Calculator Version. These users are only able to edit a limited number of controls for their assigned Rate Calculator Version.

This function will allow administrators to make a customized version of the Rate Calculator Control criteria immediately available to all system users, or to all users in a particular user group.
List
By default, the List of Rate Calculator Versions is sorted in ascending order by User ID and then Rate Calculator Version Name.

Set-Up
The Set-Up Rate Calculator Versions page will allow an existing Rate Calculator Version to be copied such that it will be used by one or more users or one or more user groups.
Note: If the Replace Existing check box is selected from the Set-Up Rate Calculator Version page, the Rate Calculator Version will be copied for the user (or users in the group) even when there is an existing Rate Calculator Version with the same name. If not selected, copy will occur only when then is no existing Rate Calculator Version for the user.
Note: When Set-Up is performed for a User Group, changes will apply only for the users in the User Group at the time the Set-Up operation is requested. Rate Calculator Versions will not automatically be inherited for users subsequently enrolled in the User Group.
