Logistics Groups, are a subset of a division that serves to group operations within your organization.
For Example: A customer might want to track any increased revenue it receives from an advertising campaign. By creating a logistics group to deal only with the shipments related to that advertising campaign, you can track the effective increase in shipment volume and provide your customer with one means of determining the success of their advertising campaign.
The Logistics Group IDs are used in combination with Division IDs to determine the Logistics Grouping that forms part of the identifying information for business entities.
By default, the list of logistics groups is sorted in ascending order by Logistics Group ID.
For information on icons and functionalities available on the list pages, see Web Interface lists.
