List of Docks (Employee)

The List of Docks presents the Docks defined for Shipping Locations (Consignee, Distribution Center, Hub or Load-At).

The list can be accessed from the List of Shipping Locations and directly from the navigation pad. When accessed from the List of Shipping Locations, the list name will be “List of Location Docks” and will only include docks for the applicable shipping location. When accessed directly from the navigation pad, the list name will be “List of Docks” and all configured docks for all shipping locations can be listed.

By default, the List of Docks is sorted in ascending order by the Dock ID and Shipping Location ID fields.

Operations

• Activate: Activates a held dock.
• Assign Dock Selection Options: See Assign Dock Selection Options (Employee).

• Delete: Deletes the selected dock.

• Duplicate: Creates a copy of the selected dock. See Duplicate Docks for duplication strategy for related sub-entities.

• Hold: Holds a dock to prevent its further processing.

• New: Creates a dock.
