List of Alerts (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module

This screen displays the list of alerts based on current search criteria. The list is sorted in descending order of severity (Red, then Yellow, then Green), and Alert ID.

• Acknowledge: Acknowledges an alert with a reason code. See Request Reason Code (All).
