The Request Reason Code page allows users to enter a pre-configured Event Reason Code when an entity such as shipment, shipment leg, shipment leg container, load, trip, or dock commitment undergoes a change in status. The display of this page is controlled by the configurations of Event Reason Codes from Event Associations. When there is more than one reason code available for the applicable status update and the user's user group type, this page will be displayed. Otherwise, the page will not be displayed.
