Select Customize > Customize Layout located on the right-hand side of the title bar on your entity view.
Click Available list header to sort in ascending or descending order. The Available list displays an alphabetical listing of columns that are not already in the Selected list. The Selected list displays the column names currently selected for display. This is the same order in which they will be displayed across the view.
Select one or more items in either list using standard keyboard-and-mouse controls. When a column name is selected, it will take on a highlighted appearance.
Move highlighted columns (that is, your selection) between the Available and Selected lists, using one of the following methods:
Drag your selection from the source list and drop it on the target List. When dragging from the Available list to the Selected list, a dotted line appears where the selection will be placed when you drop it on the list.
Note: This visual does not display when dragging columns from the Selected list to the Available list because the Available list is sorted. A dropped selection is removed from the source list and added to the target list.
Click located between the two lists to move your selection from the Available list to the Selected list. Your selection is removed from the Available list and added to the bottom of the Selected list. Click located between the two lists to move your selection from the Selected list to the Available list. Your selection is removed from the Selected list and added to the Available list.
