Update a booking tender (Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Display the booking tender update page (Employee).
  2. Review the displayed information.
  3. Click Submit. Depending on configuration, an updated version of the booking tender is sent to the carrier.

Note: Clicking Cancel from either tab of the Booking Tender Update page does not cancel a tender; it simply returns you to the previous page.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate a booking view.
  2. Select a booking.
  3. Click Update. The Update Tender for Selected Bookings dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select an appropriate Update Reason from the list of valid codes, and click Submit. If the update is successful, an updated version of the tender will be sent to the carrier using the pre-configured communication protocols (fax, e-mail, EDI).

Note: Clicking Cancel from the Update Tender for Selected Booking page does not cancel a tender; it simply returns you to the previous page.
