Delete an optimization request (Employee)

The user requesting the delete operation must be the same as the Created By User for the optimization request, or this user must be authorized to the optimization request’s plan.

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Select an optimization request in the Failed, Canceled or Completed status.
  3. Click Delete. Shipment legs selected for optimization that were assigned to the request, if any, are un-assigned from the request and return to the Processed Unattached status.
