Referential tariffs: General restrictions

Master tariffs cannot also be referential tariffs.

For example: If Tariff A refers to the master Tariff B, Tariff B cannot refer to any other tariff.

Both the master and referential tariffs must have the same currency code and unit of measure.

You cannot delete a master tariff if it is referred to by other tariffs.

Once a tariff has been created, the master tariff or referential tariff designation cannot be changed.

A tariff with an attribute of Generic cannot be a Referential tariff.
