Purge Load Planning Data

Purge Load Planning Data is initiated from the Supplementary Purge using Request Type "PLP".

This function will remove entries in the Optimization Queue table (OPMR_QUE_T).

This function will remove Completed and Cancelled Optimization Queue entries older than the Cut-Off Date.
