List of Batch Requests (Employee)

This list provides access to any of the following type of requests that have been previously submitted via Transportation Manager. Requests are created when various batch jobs in Transportation Manager are initiated. Users can monitor the progress of these jobs from the List of Requests.

List

The List of Requests displays the Batch Requests based on current search criteria. By default, the list is sorted in descending sequence by Request ID.

Notes:

• You can hold a request in the Wait status. You can release a held request to run it. The owner, who initiated the request, can delete it if it has the following status:
  • Wait
  • Hold
  • Completed
• You can perform the Hold Job operation for any request with a Job Name. The Hold Job operation will hold the requested job and any other jobs that refer to the same Job Name that are eligible to be held (that is, still in Wait status). The Release Job operation will release all held batch requests jobs referencing the same Job Name as the selected request.
