Transportation Manager will allow docks to be put on hold. When a dock is on hold, users will not be able select this dock when creating a dock commitment and the Optimizer will not consider time slots for this dock when creating dock commitments for load/stops.
When a dock is held, the Dock Status will be set to On Hold and the Dock On Hold violation condition flag will be set to True for all rows in the dock commitments table for the selected dock; Event Notification messages will not be generated for affected dock commitments.
When a dock is released from hold, the Dock Status will be set back to Active and the Dock On Hold violation condition flag will be set to False for all rows in the dock commitments table for the selected dock; Event Notification messages will not be generated for affected dock commitments.
If a dock was put on hold after the start of an optimization request, for each dock commitment created by the Optimizer for the current request where the dock is now on hold, the Dock on Hold violation flag for the dock commitment will be set to True.
