From Transportation Smartbench:
Assigning shipments to a planned load may be accomplished using ONE of the following methods:
Select one or more Shipment Leg view object and drop it on a Load view object. Use this option to move a combination of attached and unattached shipment legs to a single target load, or to move shipment legs currently attached to different source loads to a single target load.
Select one or more Stop view object and drop it on a Load view object. Use this option to move all shipment legs currently attached to selected stops to a single target load.
Select one or more Stop view object and drop it on a stop in a different Stop view. Use this option to move all shipment legs attached to selected stops to a different load identified using the target stop’s Load ID. Shipment Legs may be attached to stops other than the target stop.
Notes:
An error will be displayed if assignment is not permitted.
The action may result in the deletion of the source load when all legs are moved.
