Enter the required information. At least two valid loads must be selected. Use Load Search to identify additional loads, if necessary.
Click Submit/Finish or Submit/Manage Trip. The trip is created. The designated loads are assigned to the new trip's itinerary in the designated sequence.
From Transportation Smartbench:
Run a search to populate a load view.
Select the required loads.
Click Assign to New Trip. The Create Trip dialog box is displayed.
Enter the required information. The selected loads section displays the list of loads that are selected in the load view.
To add additional loads to the trip, from the Load Search grid, select an appropriate load search from the Candidate Loads drop-down list and click Search. The candidate loads are displayed.
Select the required loads and click Add.
Note: At least two valid loads must be available to create a trip.
