Unapprove a load composition (Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Click Load Build > Work with Plan > Loads. Select a load.
   • Click Load Build > Loads Not Attached > Loads. Select a load.
   • Click Load Processing > Loads. Select a load.
   • Click Load Processing > Trips. The List of Trips page is displayed. Select a trip, then click Loads. The Loads Assigned to Trip page is displayed. Select a load.
   • Click Load Processing > Bookings. The List of Bookings page is displayed. Select a booking, then click Loads. The Loads Assigned to Booking page is displayed. Select a load.
   • Display load operations for an alert.
   • Display the list of dock commitments (Carrier). Select a dock commitment.
   • Display the list of commitments for a dock (Carrier). Select a dock commitment that is associated to a load.
   • Display the dock schedule for a dock commitment (Carrier). Select a bar on the chart.
   • Display load properties for a resource (Employe).
   • Click Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Loads.
   • Click Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Trips. The List of Trips is displayed. Select a trip, then click Loads.
2. Click Properties or Load Properties. The Load Properties page is displayed.
3. Set Load Composition Approved to Yes (in the Workflow Control section).
4. Click Submit.

From Transportation Smartbench:

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Run a search to populate Load view.
   • Run a search to populate Trips view. Select a trip and click Loads.
   • Run a search to populate Bookings view. Select a booking and click Loads.
2. Select a load and click Unapprove or edit the Load Composition Approval field value from the grid.
