Search Screen (All)

This screen appears when you are searching for a specific field value from another screen by clicking the search icon.

When the Reset button is clicked:

An ID passed to the secondary search will be read-only if the ID is not editable on the source screen. If the ID is editable on the source screen, the ID will be established as a default on the secondary search screen and user override will be allowed.

Search is frequently available for individual filter criteria on search screens. If this search feature is used, another Search Screen is displayed for the applicable entity.

For example: The Search Screen for Loads could be accessed from the Search for A/P Vouchers screen; the Search for Carriers screen could be then accessed from the Search for Loads screen. This would allow user to select a Carrier ID on the Search for Carriers screen that could then be used by the Search for Loads screen to present only the loads for the designated carrier; user could then select a Load ID from the Search for Loads screen that could then be used on the Search for A/P Vouchers screen to filter the List of A/P Vouchers to present only the vouchers for the selected load.
