Use the Manifest module to confirm shipments and work with manifests.
A manifest is a grouping of shipment legs sent from a single originating point to one or more locations, using a single carrier. Manifests are most common in the small parcel and courier industries, where parcels and expedited materials are gathered at a central location and then transported to multiple destinations.
All unassigned shipment legs that you set to Planned status in the Load Build module are displayed in the Manifest module. Before you can send these shipments on their journey, you must confirm them.
This module is also where you assign shipments to manifests, and create a final manifest for a shipment or set of shipments. Once you have confirmed the shipment legs, they are ready to be worked with in the Manifest module.
