Reference Number Qualifiers in Transportation Manager control the assignment and utilization of Reference Numbers. A reference number could be any internally or externally assigned number such as a purchase order number, sales order number, shipment, serial number, product family, lot number or carrier tracking number.
The following reference numbers are assigned by Transportation Manager:
User assigned reference numbers can be associated with many of the operational and financials entities in Transportation Manager.
List
By default, the List of Reference Number Qualifiers is sorted in ascending order by Qualifier ID. This is a system assigned sequence number.

Note: The Activate, Deactivate, and Rollover operations cannot be performed for system provided and system maintained reference number qualifiers.
