This screen displays the list of attributes for a specific Event Notification message. It is accessed by selecting Event Notification > Settings > Event Structures and then selecting one of the events from the List of Events.
You can edit the proposed message format for the event. See the Event Notification Guide for information on how the proposed format should be formally recognized.
Note: Concurrent access to the function ‘Define Event Content for CIS’ for the same Event should be avoided.
The following tasks correspond to the buttons available from this screen:
Include: Marks the selected attribute and all sub-attributes for inclusion in the proposed message format for the event.
Exclude: Marks the selected attribute and all sub-attributes for exclusion in the proposed message format for the event.
Reset: Invokes a process that resets the values in the proposed message format for all attributes and sub-attributes for the event to the last proposed values that were saved. Updates applied since clicking Define Event Content for CIS from the List of Events are lost. The Define Event Content for CIS screen is redisplayed.
Clear: Invokes a process that clears all proposed values for the message format. This includes the values supplied since clicking Define Event Content for CIS as well as the ones previous saved. The Define Event Content for CIS screen is redisplayed.
Cancel: Invokes a process that discards updates applied since clicking Define Event Content for CIS from the List of Events. The List of Events screen is presented.
Save: Invokes a process that preserves the updates applied since clicking Define Event Content for CIS from the List of Events as the proposed message format for the event. The List of Events screen is presented.
