Load information in shipment lists

The following shipment lists display load information when a shipment is associated with only one load:

• Financials – List of Shipments (Employee)
• List of Shipments - Confirmation (Customer)
• List of Shipments – Shipment Entry (Customer)
• Secondary search for shipments

Note: When a shipment is routed on more than one load, the load information of the shipment is not populated in the shipment lists.

The following fields are displayed in these shipment lists:

• Load ID: Unique identifier of the load. This is usually system generated and can also be assigned when a load is created through API.
• Load Tracking Number: Identifier to track the load.
• Load Carrier: Alphanumeric identifier for a carrier that is assigned to the load during the routing and rating, or optimization process.
• Load Carrier Name: Description of the carrier that is assigned to the load during the routing and rating, or optimization process.
• Load Service: Type of transportation service assigned to the load in the routing and rating, or optimization process.
