1. Click Add in the section header to display a new row in the grid.
2. Select Name field of the new row to select from a list of specific entity elements. The list is pre-defined and finite. Selection in this field is mandatory.
3. Select Type field of the row to select an available computation. Selection in this field is mandatory.
   • Average: Sums the value selected in the Name field and divides it by the total number of records returned by the companion search.
   • Per: Divides the total for the element selected in the Name field by the total for the element selected in the Unit field. If this type is selected, selection in the Unit column is required.
   • Total: Performs summation of the value selected in the Name field.
4. Select Unit field of the row to choose a unit into which the Name will be divided. This element is only required when using Per. It is not required when the Type is Total or Average.
5. Click Save to retain your summary search metrics. Use drag-and-drop to reorder them if required.

• Results of Metrics display in the summary view in the order listed in this panel.
• When your profile is set to restrict the visibility of monetary values (for example, Monetary Information Control is set to No Monetary Values), cost fields are not available for selection.
