Remove load from a booking

You can remove loads from the booking when:

• Financial status for the booking is Ineligible or Voucher Pending.
• Operational status for the booking is not Canceled.
• Re-planning is not currently active for the booking.
• Load Operational Status is not in Confirming or higher.

Notes:

• Any load on the booking can be removed.
• Booking gets cancelled if you remove all loads from the booking.
• Cancel tender will be performed if all loads are removed from a booking with Tendered or Tender Accepted status.
• Routing/rating/scheduling results are deleted from bookings and all loads assigned to booking prior to the operation for bookings not yet in Tendered status.
