Shipment Version
Shipment Version ID: The ID for the shipment version. It is user-assigned, mandatory and cannot be modified after a shipment type has been created.

Details
Shipment Type ID: The default Shipment Type for shipments created using this shipment version. If specified, this will supersede the Shipment Type for the shipment’s customer. There is no default value for this field.
Status Upon Accept: The initial Operational Status for shipments created using this shipment version. Possible values are: Open,Processed. Once a shipment is accepted, it will be placed in one of these statuses. A shipment must be in Processed status before its legs are eligible for load planning.
Ship Direct: The default setting for the Ship Direct flag for shipments created using this shipment version. If true, the shipment must travel directly from origin to destination without being transferred at intermediate hubs or distribution centers. This means that the shipment cannot have more than one shipment leg
Summarized Entry Mode: Indicates whether summarized entry mode should be used for shipments created using this shipment version. If True, weights, volumes, etc. will be expressed as totals for each container. If False, container values will be expressed per piece or per pallet.
Enable Shipment Sequence: The default setting for the Enable Shipment Sequence flag for shipments created using this shipment version. See Order Grouping.
Eligible for Inter-Division Transfer: The default setting for the Eligible for Inter-Division Transfer flag for shipments created using this shipment version. See Inter-Division Transfer.
Eligible for Logistics Group Reassignment: The default setting for the Eligible for Logistics Group Reassignment flag for shipments created using this shipment version. See Change Logistics Group (Employee).
Consolidation / Sequencing
Shipment Consolidation Class: This is assigned as a default value for all shipments created using the shipment version. This can be used to restrict shipments from being combined onto the same load, trip or booking.
Load Group: This is assigned as a default value for all shipments created using the shipment version. This can be used to restrict shipments from being combined onto the same load.
Pickup and Delivery Defaulting
Note: The fields in the section are used to compute default values for the Pick-Up and Delivery Date/Time ranges for rate calculator requests and shipments created via the web UI. For each of the four dates/times, there is a default basis (for example, current date/time, opening for the location) and a number of adjustment hours which will be added to the basis date/time.
Pickup from Rule: The source for the default basis date/time for the low end of the Pickup Date/Time range: Current Date/Time, Origin Shipping Location (Opening Time for the Pickup Location), None (No Default).
Pickup from Adjustment: The number of hours by which the basis date/time will be adjusted to compute a default for the low end of the Pickup Date/Time range.
