Create a delivery schedule for the TL tariff – suggested workflow
A delivery schedule intended for multiple stop loads should have these specific configurations in addition to other mandatory fields:
A timetable should have at least one timetable entry with more than 2 (multiple) entry points as required.
An itinerary using the multiple entry point timetable should have more than 2 (multiple) Itinerary Points as required.
When “Stops Must Match Itineraries” is False, a multiple point Itinerary should have intermediate points corresponding to the intermediate stops of loads (that is, any point that is not the first or last stop for loads) as shipping locations instead of zones. Even when more than one stop on a load belongs to the same zone, only the first and last stops may be matched to an itinerary point zone.
When “Stops Must Match Itineraries” is True, an itinerary must have all points as shipping locations instead of zones, and the Itinerary Point Location and Itinerary Point Sequence must be identical to the load itinerary. This rule applies to both multiple stop loads and single pick and drop Loads.
Tariff
A Tariff intended for multiple stop loads using delivery schedule should have these specific configurations in addition to other mandatory fields and tariff components:
Tariff Rate Type should be Point-to-Point as opposed to Round Trip.
Tariff Service should have the Allow Stops flag set to True have the Scheduling Mode set to System Delivery Schedule which will make it necessary to supply a Delivery Schedule ID.
At least one lane for the tariff, including its associated lane template when defined, should have a compatible route structure with a delivery schedule itinerary from the delivery schedule specified for the tariff service.
