Delete an itinerary step (Customer/Employee)
You cannot delete an itinerary step if:
- The itinerary step to delete is the first or only one on the itinerary.
- The itinerary step or the one immediately before it is assigned to a load.
- The itinerary step or the one immediately before it has a status of Selected For Optimization or higher.
- The shipment is suspended or on hold.
- The Shipping Location that would be eliminated by this operation is the Incoterms Shipment Location for the shipment.
- Perform one of the following tasks:
The Shipment Itinerary list is displayed.
- Select an itinerary step.
- Click Delete. If the action is allowed, the itinerary step (Shipment Leg) is deleted. The Shipment Itinerary screen is refreshed.
