Delete a spot rate from the Rate Shop screen (Employee)

From Transportation Manager Web user interface:

1. Access the Rate Shop screen for the applicable entity:
   • Display the Rate Shop screen for loads (Employee).
   • Display the Rate Shop screen for shipments (Employee).
   • Display the Rate Shop screen for non-operational freight (Employee).
2. Click Spot Rate - Delete. The Rate Shop screen is refreshed with references to the spot rate eliminated.

From Transportation Manager Smartbench:

1. Run a search to display the Load view.
2. Select a load and click Rate Shop . The Rate Shop for Load page is displayed.
3. Select Delete Spot Rate . A confirmation message is displayed.

   Note: If the load does not have a spot rate, an error is displayed and the operation is not performed.

4. If necessary, select the Remove Load Hard Commitments check box and click OK. The Rate Shop page is refreshed with references to the spot rate eliminated.
