When routing/rating is performed for this entity, tariff / service combinations will be considered even if the option is not enabled. If the option is enabled for the tariff / service combination, rating will not be performed for the option.
If an option is auto-applied for the location but a charge override is created for the same option with a setting of Option Not Applied, the charge override will supersede the auto-applied option and routing/rating will not be performed for the option.
