Delivery Date Violation

Will be triggered when the actual delivery date/time for a load/stop or shipment leg is more than xxx hours after the scheduled delivery date.

Proactive Monitoring will not identify Delivery Date Violations at container level. For shipment legs on manifests where individual containers are being tracked, monitoring will use the latest POD Date/Time for the related containers as the Actual Delivery Date/Time once POD has been reported. This will be compared to the Scheduled Delivery Date/Time at the destination location to determine if a Delivery Date Violation has occurred.
