Allow Password Equal to User ID: When a User ID is created in Transportation Manager, the default setting for the new user's password will be the same as the User ID. If this checkbox is not checked, Users will have to modify their default password before they will be allowed to Login.
Restrict Access to Target Plan: If enabled, users are only allowed to attach a load or shipment leg to a load plan if they are authorized to use the target plan. Otherwise, users will be able to attach a load or shipment leg even if they are not authorized to use the designated plan. Rules used to assign shipment legs with a shared MITCC to a common plan will supersede validation controlled by the Restrict Access to Target Plans flag. In all cases, unauthorized users cannot work with loads and shipment legs once they are attached to a plan.
Enforce Division and Logistics Group Relationships: When this flag is enabled, all Transportation Manager setup functions will audit the relationship between Division and Logistics Group to ensure that related entities do not reference conflicting values. Division and Logistics Group will not be editable in update mode when this switch is enabled. Division and Logistics Group integrity will always be enforced for Transportation Manager transactional functions, regardless of the setting of this flag.
Note: Even after enabling this flag, there may be some preexisting relationships that violate integrity rules.
Enable Password Expiration: Indicates whether or not TM authentication evaluates users logging into the application for password expiry.
Password Expiration Cycle Days: The number of days in the password expiration cycle. When Enable Password Expiration is selected, this value is added to an active user's most recent password change date/time to mark the date/time of expiry for user's current password. When the computed value is less than the current system date/time, the user’s password is deemed to have 'expired'.
