CST Response Control

This table can be used to control the allocation of available time to the various carrier / service combinations identified by the load route, rate and schedule process.

• To Carrier Service: This value represents the upper end for a range of carriers / service combinations. It refers to the relative position of qualifying carrier / service combinations from the list generated by the load route, rate and schedule process. The From Carrier Service value can be derived from the To Carrier Service and the previous From value.
• Allot Full Tender Response Interval: This flag indicates whether the carrier / service combinations in this group will be allotted the full interval defined by the Tender Response Hours, even when available time is insufficient for all identified carriers to receive the full interval.

  Note: Once a row has been created in this table with this flag set to not active, this flag must be set to not active for any subsequent rows.

• Allocated Percentage of Available Time: The percentage of total available time that will be allocated to this set of carrier services. Only applicable for the sets of carrier / service combinations where the Allot Full Tender Response Interval is not active. Percentages must total 100.
