Unsuspend a suspended load (Employee)

Note: When a load is unsuspended, the following occur:

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Click Unsuspend. A prompt page is displayed if the load currently has a spot rate or any soft or hard committed values (that is, carrier, service, primary schedule, trailer equipment type, trailer domicile, tractor equipment type or tractor domicile). Otherwise, skip to step 4.
  3. Update check boxes to indicate whether spot rate and/or committed values should be retained or discarded when the load is unsuspended.
  4. Click Submit. The browser returns to the page where suspend operation was initiated.

From Transportation Smartbench:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Select a load.
  3. Click Unsuspend.
