Set the number of rows displayed in a list view (All)

1. From any list screen (for example: List of Shipments), click the Customize View icon in the top of the table header bar. The List Customization screen is displayed.Columns currently on display are listed in order under Displayed Columns. Columns not currently selected are shown under Available Columns.
2. To set the number of rows to be displayed on a single page of this list view, specify Rows Per Page in the Page Control section of this screen. If Select All is selected, Rows Per Page cannot be set and is displayed as zero.

   Note: The option to Select All may be selected to request that all rows conforming to the supplied criteria be displayed on a single page. This option is currently limited, however, by a pre-defined maximum number of rows that may be displayed on a single page and, as such, will not always return all rows. Even so, this option should be used with caution to avoid performance issues.

   Note: If a value is not specified for Rows Per Page, Transportation Managerretrieves the maximum number of rows that can be displayed on the page without requiring the user to scroll vertically.

3. Click Submit. The specified number of rows is accessible on each full page of this List View.
