Search for locations with docks (Carrier)

1. Display the list of locations with docks (Carrier).
2. Click the Search icon on the List of Locations with Docks. The Search for Locations with Docks screen is displayed.
3. Enter your search criteria.
4. Click Search. The List of Commitments with Docks is displayed. Contents of list are based on revised search criteria.
