Search for loads - rating view (Employee)

1. Display the list of loads - rating view (Employee).
2. Click the search icon at the top of the List of Loads - Rating View screen. The Search for Loads - Rating View screen is displayed.
3. Enter your search criteria.
4. Click Search. The List of Loads - Rating View screen is displayed with any matching loads.
