Return a shipment leg detail to Delivered Status (Carrier)

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display and work with a shipment leg detail's history (Carrier).
   • Display the list of shipment leg details of a shipment leg (All).
2. Click Return to Delivered.
3. If the Request Reason Code screen is displayed, select a Reason Code and click Submit.
