Hide a column in a list view (All)

1. From any list screen (for example, the List of Shipments), click the Customize View icon in the top of the table header bar. The List Customization screen is displayed. Columns currently on display are listed in order under Displayed Columns. Columns not currently selected are shown under Available Columns.
2. Select the column to hide under Displayed Columns and click the Left Arrow to move this to Available Columns. Multiple selection is supported. The selected columns are removed from Displayed Columns and displayed under Available Columns.

   Note: One or more columns in a list may be designated as mandatory. Mandatory columns cannot be removed from the set of Displayed Columns.

3. To remove all non-mandatory columns from the set of Displayed Columns, click the Double Left Arrow. This allows you to build your desired List View by selecting the columns to include rather than hiding the columns to exclude. All non-mandatory columns are removed from Displayed Columns and included under Available Columns. Columns that have been designated as mandatory will remain under Displayed Columns.
4. Click Submit. The previous screen is displayed. The removed columns are no longer are displayed.
