Confirm the pickup of a shipment (Customer)

Confirming the pickup of a shipment is an optional step. When you confirm a shipment, you confirm that the shipment has left the dock and manually advance the shipment’s status to Picked Up. This status change is displayed in the shipment’s list of events.

If you do not confirm the pickup of a shipment, it is confirmed automatically when the carrier confirms the load on which this shipment exists.

  1. Display the list of shipments that can be confirmed (Customer).
  2. Click Confirm PickUp. A confirmation prompt is displayed.
  3. Click Yes. The shipment pickup is confirmed.
