Change an itinerary step (Customer)

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:

    The Shipment Itinerary list is displayed.

  2. Select an itinerary step.
  3. Click Properties. If the action is allowed, the Update Itinerary Step screen is displayed.
  4. Make any necessary changes.
  5. Click Submit.

Note: You cannot change an itinerary step (shipment leg) that is assigned to a load.
